A set of directions for lines of thinking

10 Viewing Stations: 45, 90, 180 or
360 Degree Drawings

ARTSCAPE 2000 exhibition

curator: Denise Tassin

Time does not exist exclusive (of dimension) of space = The clearest representation of time is two points connected.

Here, my emphasis is to communicate that Drawing occurs through time. In "A set of directions for lines of thinking", I am taking the time to make visible what already exists. This requires no invention.

"A set of directions for lines of thinking", reconfigures the viewing box as a multiple staged proscenium. The box interior is veneered with mirrors. Sunlight and shadow complete the interior space. Eight projection drawings are suspended within the viewing box cubic space.

These eight projected line drawings rotate within the drawing box; allowing one to project (multiple) conclusions that taking one's time permits: Recollection. Association. Experience.
